**About The Role**:
**About the role**:
We're looking for a Consulting Coordinator to join our Onshore Operations team in Aberdeen, on a full-time permanent basis. Working closely with our Onshore Operations Manager, you will manage and deploy consulting resource within the Onshore business. You will ensure our consulting projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting our stakeholder's needs.

Have you successfully managed projects, schedules and budgets? Can you develop effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders? If so, we would love to hear from you

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate consulting opportunities; maintaining a register of: projects, turnaround management and approval management.
- Maintain projects from proposal to delivery and billing, including the collation of timesheets and creation of billing proformas.
- Ensure consulting specific technical input is available for bids and proposals.
- Maintain management tools and project registers, ensuring calendars are managed effectively for project delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to deliver consulting opportunities across the business.
- Act as the first point of contact for any consultant related queries.

**About you**:

- Hold comprehensive project and resource management expertise, alongside people management and development experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Highly competent in IT packages, such as Office 365, MS Office, Salesforce etc
- Sound financial and commercial knowledge and practices.
- Experienced in developing and implementing standard procedures.
- Have the ability to engage both external and internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
