**Duties**:
- Assist in researching market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for event growth
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming events
- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site support
- Assist in creating event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning
**Requirements**:
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office software for creating documents and presentations
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights for optimizing event strategies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Interest in copywriting and content creation is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Pay: From £24,432.00 per year
