Adele Carr are Recruiting on behalf of a trusted client seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support office operations on 3-month temporary contract with potential to go perm. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will work closely with the HR manager assisting with HR duties to gain experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Answering phone calls
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and printing
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Assisting with HR
Providing support to other departments and colleagues as needed
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant or in a similar role
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
