Assist the Director for Research with administrative tasks and produce any requested research projects we are involved in. Organise meetings and take minutes, where appropriate. Take responsibility for team administration, including handling paperwork. Professional Development Keep up to date with all mandatory training to ensure compliance and competence.

Attend training courses in house, online, and externally, to develop expertise and further knowledge. Take responsibility for updating, documenting, and maintaining your own knowledge and skills framework, and sharing professional development with H&SH. Express needs or desire for further training and work within your own remit at all times. Participate in appraisals, performance reviews, and professional development plans on an ongoing basis with H&SH, when required.
