Description:
Location - Remote (but expected to be in the office 4 times a month)

Base salary + commission means realistic OTE of £34k in year one (commission can be earned through sales and behavioural targets)

We are looking for Insurance Sales Consultants to sell tenants Insurance to new movers who have used our platform in the past. Whilst we expect you to be experienced with high outbound calling sales roles, this role is not an aggressive sales role. Targetsare not purely based on sales but also activity and behaviours, e.g. meeting, and ideally exceeding, QA pass rates. You will be rewarded with a newly structured commission scheme based on these combined targets.

We are looking for consultants with experience in outbound phone calls that have a purpose - to sell

What you’ll be doing?:

- Using CRM’s and other technical softwares to queue calls and create pipeline
- High outbound calling to customers who have used our platform to rent their home.
- Converting dials into quotes and using non-aggressive sales techniques to sell tenants contents liability insurance.
- Following an FCA-compliant sales process to quote and provide accurate product information without using aggressive sales tactics.
- Working alongside our Telephony Development Team Lead to onboard and then continuously learn and develop your skills.
