We are looking for a **Head of Maths **at Buckinghamshire College Group to join our cross-college Learning Innovation Team who will lead on ensuring a consistently high-quality learning experience for students, every day.

You will be inclusive and student-focused to ensure that BCG staff are skilled and motivated to create exceptional learning experiences. A confident and competent teacher who values life-long learning and the status of the dual-professional working in FE, you will be an excellent role-model for colleagues and students. We have developed a strong network and engaged in national projects, and we are ready to activate an ambitious college approach to developing the numeracy skills of students

**Key knowledge, skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Excellent understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
- Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and quality improvement practices
- The drive to lead, motivate and manage staff to support strong student success
- Deliver excellent student success by supporting ambitious, high-quality teaching and learning, every day.
- Lead on curriculum design, learning innovation and tracking and monitoring the progress of learners.
- Collaboratively develop an innovative Maths provision that meets the needs of students, employers and stakeholders now and in the future.
- Lead and develop a high performing team of staff
