  • You will work with senior Propulsion Engineers from ESA establishing the final specifications and configuration of the propulsion system of the mission.
  • You will report directly to the CEO and/or CTO.
  • You will work closely with the CTO in our own water-based electrolysis propulsion solutions, in close collaboration with the Head of Electric Propulsion (EP), since we are developing dual/hybrid-based solutions (CP and EP) for large spacecraft (>5 kW).
  • You will work closely with the rest of the CP and Mechanical team on the development of our H2/O2 20 and 400 N thrusters.
  • Provide technical input to future propulsion developments and contribute to continuous improvement of our products, systems and processes.
  • You will work in a multicultural team, developing the ongoing and future CP projects, reporting directly to the CTO on this.
  • Prepare debriefs to the CTO and CEO on ongoing CP developments
  • Be part of the product strategy roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO, CTO and Head of EP.
  • Perform performance analysis, and establish requirements definition & validation
  • Organizing and preparing datapacks following ESA and ECSS standards.
  • Working with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, space primes and both the UK and European Space Agencies
