**Salary**: 18,000 - 22,000
Our Client has specialised in providing expert independent advice for the last 20 years. Based in two offices across Cheshire & Lancashire, a new opportunity is available for an Administrator to join a wider support team
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the established team in Sandbach. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be providing first class administration support to a team of Financial Planners.
Daily you will be responsible for;
" Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
" Create and maintain filing systems / client files
" Arrange meetings / book appointments
" Update and maintain the firm's records / registers, as required
" Update and maintain the firm's diary system
" Submitting new business
" Compiling invoices
" Liaising with product providers, as and when necessary
" Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters
" Monitor fee payments from clients
" To attend staff meetings as and when required
" Maintain a computerised customer database
" Type and word-process various documents and electronic information
" Create financial reports using spreadsheets
" Prepare client portfolio reviews
