**Job Title
- Mortgage Administrator**

**Reports to
- The Group Operations Manager**

**Job Purpose**
- To assist our Mortgage and Protection Advisers in helping our clients by providing a streamlined and holistic home buying journey. Our Mortgage Administrators work alongside our Advisers through all of the processes involved in the mortgage process by assisting them in ensuring every case is tracked through from lead to mortgage offer and beyond.

**Job description: Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working with allocated Advisers to assist in progressing cases from first contact to completion
- Working with clients to request the appropriate documentation to move forward
- Liaising with lenders and protection providers to progress cases and deal with any further enquiries on behalf of the adviser and client
- Using our system to create client cases and updating the back-office system through to completion
- Organising Advisers workload and distributing leads where required
- Liaison with introducers to update them on case progress
- Provide excellent customer service on each and every point of contact with their clients and professionally represent the company when contacting financial institutions and other organisations
- Working within a team of Mortgage Administrators, identify and highlight smarter ways of working to ensure our client journey and internal processes are continuously improved.

Working hours are 9.30am - 5.15pm, Monday-Friday
