Opportunity:
- Supporting the management of the delivery programme including onboarding of apprentices, arranging delivery sessions, managing compliance and reporting to Delivery Manager.
- Supporting the assessment of learners for the EPAO business including processing apprentices, arranging assessment, allocating assessors, finalising results and reporting to EPAO Manager.
- Supporting the international branch of Academy4PM with administrative duties.
The Business Administrator must have good organisational skills and be able to work at a consistently high standard, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work on their own initiative.
Other:
- Fully participating in the development of the business
- Other reasonable duties as directed by line manager
Essential skills:
- Attention to detail
- DBS check.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Microsoft Office.
- Good communications skills with internal staff and external clients.
Desirable skills:
- Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £21,000.00 per year
