So, what does it take to be a successful Admin Assistant? With a sound understanding of NHS audiology referal pathways, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of hearcare administration, answering & transferring calls, updating & filing records, processing invoices, sending out correspondence and completing hearing aid repairs. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key - a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.

Once qualified as an ACS clinician you will be able to perform the following tasks under indirect supervision:

- Triage questionnaire as identified on the triage questionnaire form
- Otoscopy
- Video Otoscopy
- Hearing screening checks using audiopad
- Referral to instore wax removal services
- Referral to the Audiologist for full hearing assessments
- Referral to Audiologist due to referable conditions being identified
- Refferal to urgent care/immediate medical attention for instances of sudden hearing loss or presence of foreign bodies
