**Customer Sales and Sales Support Rep**

Utopian Brewing have an exciting opportunity to join the team based in Bow, Devon as an Internal Salesperson supporting the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and taking primary responsibility for our online shop.

**The Role**

We are looking for a positive outgoing personality and someone who is confident speaking to both existing and potential new customers. This role provides the essential link between our customers and operations and a passion for the highest level of customer care is essential. As well as working both directly with customers and supporting the field sales team, the team member will also have responsibility for our online shop, processing orders and helping to increase sales.

The key skills we will be looking for are to:

- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Have a positive ‘can do attitude’
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and other team members.
- Be target focused.
- Support sales team in generating profitable sales
- New business lead generation for sales team.
- Ability to cross sell and educate customers on new beer releases to increase sales.
- Putting orders onto CRM system, managing weekly stock take, and having an eye for detail on reporting back to head of department.
- Lead in the packaging and fulfilment of the daily online web shop orders.
- Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches.
- Support in other areas of the brewery administration as required
- Demonstrate competence in using a variety of IT systems.
- Embrace digital channels to enhance the customer offering by proactively promoting the web
- shop and other digital offerings.
- Any duties that maybe required outside your usual job role and responsibilities.

**The Person**
- We are looking for a confident outgoing personality who can demonstrate experience, or evidence that they have relevant skills, in the majority of the following areas :_
- Working in a highly competitive customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
- Working within a sales / target driven role
- Working with Sales Order Processing (SOP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Being customer centric with a customer service background
- A proactive approach to sales via phone, face-to-face & online
- Experience of working in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
- Demonstrate a flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
- Have an ability to recognise sales opportunities and create new ones
- Embrace change and new technologies
- Comfortable working as an integral part of a fast-moving team

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
