**The Role**:
As a Delivery Lead for North, Central or South Westminster in our Community Hubs team, you can make your own powerful contribution by helping us create innovative centres in north, south and central Westminster. These Hubs will enable us to tackle health inequalities within the local population, and ultimately improve life outcomes for many people, so there is great scope to explore your most ambitious ideas.
We need these Hubs to deliver numerous benefits to our residents through the incorporation of new facilities with innovative activities, so we will look to you to help us realise these ambitions. This work will start with identifying potential sites for the Hubs, and building strategic relationships with partners, colleagues and local people so that spaces and operational models can be co-designed.
With the support of design professionals and the Corporate Property team, you will bring the right people and experts together so that the best ideas can be fully explored, and you will use data and insight to determine the full scope, approach and intended output for each Hub.
Crucial to your success will be your determination to develop local and neighbourhood-level partnerships so that the opinions and needs of our communities are being fully integrated in our plans. You will also support the delivery of business cases, Cabinet reports and any supporting documents, including the production of technical service briefs.

**About You**:
This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are actively looking for people who want to collaborate with our local communities, rather than just ‘consulting’ them. To be equal to the challenge you will therefore be excited about the chance to create visionary shared spaces that will bring our residents together, so you will also share our values of inclusion, representation, accountability and creativity.
With a background in co-designing and delivering activities, you will know how to best bring together different priorities in order to formulate one strategic approach. It is possible you will have expertise in an area such as building/spatial design, or operational/service design or similar. Using your knowledge of technical design to deliver complex projects, you will be adept at planning and nurturing partnerships, and you will have strong programme management and delivery skills.
As a natural leader with great influencing capabilities, you will be comfortable working with everyone from members of the public to external partners, so it goes without saying that you will have great communication and stakeholder-management skills. You will also have experience of leveraging resources through public-private partnerships, and you will have the ability to define strategies and come up with creative solutions to problems as they arise.
