**Make An Impact**
We are currently recruiting for an HR Specialist for 22.5 hours a week to join our friendly HR team who are based in our Milton Keynes Head Office. You will be the first point of contact for our store team for everything HR administration, from new starter contracts to processing leavers and everything in between. We are looking for someone who is positive, has a drive to learn and is keen to improve processes. HR experience isn't essential but we would love someone who has an interest in HR.
Work life balance is important to us here at Fossil, for this role we are looking for someone who is looking to work 5 days per week, the start and finish time are flexible with our agile working approach. We have adopted Fossil’s global hybrid working policy working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Make An Impact
You will create a true partnership with our retail stores by helping them with employee lifecycle administration and enquiries, as well as support our wider HR team to improve systems and processes. You will also have the opportunity to be part of our Make Time For Good programme and liaise with charities to organise volunteer days and be an ambassador for our amazing employee culture.
- Management of all HR lifecycle administration for SAP, Kronos & ADP
- Running employee data reports
- Ensuring SOX controls are adhered to
- Ownership of Kronos across the UK
- Weekly ordering of stationery/essentials for Head Office
- Monthly sickness/RTW checks & reporting
- Employee Data Archiving
- Ad Hoc Admin/Data/Project Duties

You will be based in our Milton Keynes Head Office, Wolverton, MK12 5TH. Free parking is available onsite. Milton Keynes is easily commutable from Watford, Bedford, Northampton, Aylesbury and Luton.
