About the role

We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Administrator to join our Project Control team. This will be a unique opportunity to work within the UK Intellegence (UKI) area of the business, providing delivery of project support. You’ll help to provide support to business delivery areas, projects and programmes, working alongside project and programme controllers/managers within the wider Project Management Office. This position is based in Malvern, UK. A designated area of national beauty.

What will you be doing?

You’ll provide essential support to project and programme managers and controllers:
Management of classified material and assets (performing regular checks of registered items, organising secure disposals, dealing with secure paperwork)

Management of information including the creation of SharePoint sites (setting up file structures, uploading documentation and maintaining version and change control)

Organisation of customer meetings

Purchasing of goods and services

Monitoring and administration of project mailboxes, distributing information appropriately

Generation of reports

What do I need?

Experience in some of the following areas would be desirable, but not essential.

Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels

Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Quality orientated with attention to detail

Able to make decisions based on own knowledge and experience

Able to use own initiative in non-standard situations without supervision

Competent in all MS Office packages to intermediate level as well as good knowledge of SharePoint

Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent

Or level 3 or equivalent business administration qualification and/or evidence of equivalent experience.
