**About the role**

The Partnership Wellbeing team brings together Partnership Health Services, Partner Support, Leisure Benefits and Financial Assistance, into one holistic service and focuses on all aspects of physical, psychological, financial and social wellbeing.

This role is part of the Wellbeing Publicity Team which supports centrally as part of the Wellbeing team.

The team are looking for a Wellbeing Publicity Assistant to ensure that Partners can access the Wellbeing offers provided.

This will include managing the website on a daily basis ensuring brand and style and tone of voice are maintained at all times and content is clear and concise when creating events and offers. Providing support for the wider Wellbeing team using PartnerChoice to create content.

Designing and developing engaging assets for existing and new communication channels to enable Partners to access it, developing your understanding and participating in a broad range of wellbeing related activities and content.

If you have a skill for creating engaging content then you could be the person we are looking for

**Essential Skills**
- Demonstrable experience of working with websites, product management and ownership (editing content, development, cms management.)
- Creative thinking and ability to create concepts.
- Website management.
- Knowledge of print production process.
- Excellent written and oral communication and understanding of different tones of voice.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience of working with industry software such as Photoshop, Canva, Adobe CS.
- Knowledge of graphic design and demonstrate a creative flair.
