As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role has the potential for promotion into a management position within 3-6 months based on performance.

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure our operations adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards within the healthcare industry. As the Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our compliance program, ensuring ethical and lawful practices are always followed. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that our healthcare recruitment processes are aligned with industry guidelines and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures tailored to the healthcare recruitment industry.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines impacting the healthcare sector, ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders, answering compliance-related queries and addressing concerns.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including potential violations, complaints, or incidents.
- Monitor and assess changes in regulations or industry practices, proactively adjusting compliance policies and procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for external regulatory bodies, coordinating audits or inspections, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a detail-oriented role, demonstrating strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Right to Work documentation and related compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Has a proactive approach to work and ensures all the areas of work are managed thoroughly.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
