**The Role**

Tasked with supporting the Aftermarket and Logistics department delivering exceptional customer service and managing the day to day activities such as internal and external communication, scheduling Data inputting along with working with logistics and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving schedules from planning team
- Liaise with planning department and logistics department to ensure requirements are met on time.
- Internal communications between departments and service.
- Raise collection form via CEVA for requirements
- Handling customer requests, this could include maintaining stock sheets, undertaking/managing stock counts, material requests.
- Support in projects to improve efficiency of repack elements from operations through to customer requirements
- Maintain all documents relating to Aftermarket in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
- Implement solutions and improvements for supply to ensure on time deliveries to customers.
- Develop and implement Service KPIs and publish to key stakeholders
- Additional tasks will be allocated in accordance with customer requirements.
- Use the company ERP system.
- Print off picking lists per customer despatch account.
- Expedite all customer deliveries in a timely manner and ensure all required paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Create delivery notes and send ASN’s to the Aftermarket customers on time.
- Maintain contact with other stores across site 1, 2 and 3 to ensure all required stock is available to pick when required.
- Deal with the drivers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Validate all incoming goods are on order. If not, investigate prior to accepting delivery.
- Carry out stock adjustments, if required when cycle counting is performed.
- Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role.

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sutton Coldfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
