**Role Overview**:
With more and more home sellers using the GetAgent platform, we are expanding the team We work with over 7500 estate agents across the country; referring homeowners who would like them to sell a property. When an agent sells the property we have referred, we are owed a referral fee.
We are looking for a Claims Assistant to play a vital role in our debt recovery process. You will be responsible for company debt management and administering all company claims. You will report to and work closely with the Credit Control Team Lead.
**What You'll be doing**:
- Accurately entering and processing new cases: letters before action, letters before claim
- Upload all important court/claim documents to the department drive
- Ensure the claims tracker is up to date
- Process cases through Money Claims online
- Call CCBCC and CCMCC for updates on claims
- Send Directions Questionnaires to the court and debtors
- Paying Court Fees and entering court dates into department calendar
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and passionate about shaping our processes to help build an industry defining product in a market which we believe needs urgent help. Our team is growing but is still small enough for you to help build something from the ground up and have your say in how things should be done.
**What we'll need from you**:
- Experience in processing debt recovery
- Excellent administration and writing skills
- Thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
- Self motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
- Quick thinking - ability to think on your feet and respond to problems
