**Office Administrator**

We are looking for an office based Office Administrator to provide overall support to our team.

You will need to be professional, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude and a bright, enthusiastic personality.

You will ideally have previous experience within an Office Administrator role.

Please note that the role is office based Monday to Friday.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the crew coordinators to organise crew and support clients.
- Provide cover for the Office Manager when out of office.

20 days holiday + Bank holidays

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: Up to £27,000 per year, depending on experience

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, alternating weekly + 1 weekend per month on call from home.

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required).
- Fluency in French or/and Spanish desirable, but not necessary.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
