Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Administrator to join one of the largest utilities companies in the Midlands. **Location**: Coventry Central - Onsite
**Pay**: £13.00 Per Hour
**Duration**: 12 Month Assignment
**Start Date**: ASAP

**About the role**:
You’ll be completing day to day administration tasks such as screening CVs, booking interviews, ensuring compliance through right to work, and providing both positive and constructive feedback.
This role will require you to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise, to pay close attention to detail and to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Network Operations is a very fast paced environment with increased levels of recruitment all year round, so it is expected that all our hiring managers and new starters receive a positive experience through an efficient recruitment process.

**Key Accountabilities**- Producing accurate documentation, whilst ensuring service levels are achieved with a ‘right first time’ attitude.- Accurately maintaining systems - specifically SuccessFactors.- Delivering an excellent customer experience.- Proactively identify issues/trends and raise these promptly for action.- Planning, organising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, without impacting on quality.- Working flexibly to be able to respond to changing business needs.**About you**
- Strong IT skills- Ability to proactively identify issues/trends and raise these promptly for action- Flexible and able to respond to changing business needs- Ability to work at pace in a target driven environment- High volume administration & coordination experience ideally within an agency or internal recruitment background.- A customer focused, process driven and data centric environment.- Dealing with stakeholders of all levels
