Overview:

Everest People Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to support the recruitment and daily administration of our customers based in Coventry. We are looking for someone who has either worked in an office administration or customer service environment before. As Recruitment Resourcer, you will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability of working well in a team and supporting the growth of the region.


Key Duties & Responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer:

  • Sourcing candidates for all temporary vacancies via email, calls, LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards.
  • Monitoring all applications via our website.
  • Telephone Pre-screening candidates ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gauge interest & the skills meet the request of the client and job spec.
  • Organising Excel trackers and making sure everything is up to date.
  • Data Entry – SalesForce, Excel
  • Managing candidate pools and matching to vacancies.
  • Ensuring paperwork is compliant and filled in correctly.
  • Checking and copying ID, VISA's and other proof of right to work documents, always enforcing compliance regulations.
  • Monitoring and updating SalesForce accordingly, following company processes procedures.
  • Ad hoc administration


Requirements for the Recruitment Resourcer:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or coordination role.
  • Ideally able to drive and have access to own car and willing to travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Strong attention to detail with great communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines.
  • Strong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Time management skills
