Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you will be assisting in building, developing and executing a project excellence and governance model across all pillars within Northern Europe, covering WMS, Voice, AMR, Simulation and Hardware. The primary goal of the department is to ensure successful execution of customer projects across the region, on time and to budget.

**Your role in our team**
- Supporting Head of PMO and Project Managers in bringing together all the available information together in a systematic manner to define & validate the project’s time, cost and scope.
- To support managing and controlling all project documents, tools and processes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Liaise with teams to ensure they have a full understanding of document control and system procedures and provide training and instruction as required such that documentation control requirements are met.
- Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assimilation of project data from various teams to produce both regular and ad hoc forecast information in a timely manner.
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed

**Your skills**
- Inquisitive and creative problem solver with a willingness to learn, and a good attention to detail.
- Engaging presentation skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Determination to see tasks through to completion, with excellent planning and organisation skills.
- An understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Achievement and success oriented, self-motivated
