_Admin Assistant _
Admin support to assist the Office Manager & Home Manager in a busy Care Home.

Use of Word & Excel is essential.

Collection of data for payroll. Invoicing and maintaining a high standard of receptionist, and admin support. Keeping staff records up to date.

Manage and assist Manager taking notes of HR meetings and keeping Policy & Procedures up to date.

Work closely with the Manager to ensure compliance with the home standards.

Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times when dealing with residents/service users and members of the public.

Liaise frequently with families.

Maintain confidentiality regarding the company's business and residents/service users particulars.

Although the post is for a Friday 6 hours per week, there will be need to cover Office Manager holidays and/or sickness.

Full training will be given.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.72 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
