We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our beautiful care home in Hythe. You will be a vital part of the team providing the home with support to ensure the smooth running of our lovely home.

**To be successful in this post you will need to be able to**:

- Build monthly staff rotas
- Support the home manager in all aspects of administration
- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families and staff
- Complete pre employment checks and payroll for home-based staff
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude both over the telephone and in person
- Be based on Reception, welcoming residents families and guests into the Home

If you are a warm and empathetic person and passionate about making a difference to the lives of our residents then you may be the person we are looking for. You will also need to be highly organised and have strong communication skills.

**You will need the following skills and qualities**:

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Be confident in using programmes such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Have a strong interest in working in elderly care services and a desire to make a difference
