**Full time Care Assistance role - 36hrs - Days**
You will be providing personal care to our residents through a variety of tasks. Your care will make a real difference to their lives and we are looking for individuals who have the ability, skills and passion to assist our residents and take pride in their work. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided during your employment with Hythe Care.

You will need the following skills and qualities:
- Have a strong interest in working in elderly care services and a desire to make a difference
- Be enthusiastic, caring, friendly and compassionate
- Be reliable and have a flexible approach to your working pattern

Our home provides care on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This means we need reliable and flexible staff working within our service.
