**Marina Office Assistant required to work evenings from 10pm - 5am.**

**Three workers required to alternate hours and days.**
- Oversee the management of our CMS ensuring all data is updated regularly, clean and uncorrupted.
- Dealing with new berthing enquiries promptly, liaising with the Marina Manager on locations and adding them to Harbour Assist & Xero once converted.
- Welcome visiting vessels with a welcome pack, access card and tour of Marina.
- Assist vessels on entry, guiding vessels to berths, tying up and securing vessels.
- Advise management on customer communication updates.
- Onboarding new customers; raising contracts & terms, repeating invoices and gathering all required documentation (I.D, proof of address & insurance).
- Act as night watch to the marina; walking pontoons, conducting health & safety checks, completing stock checks.
- Taking payments over the phone and ensuring all CC payments are recorded on Xero.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
