6 - 7 Month contract
Start Date: ASAP
Adecco UK are recruiting for a HR Project Admin to support to their project for the design, build and implementation of a new HR & Payroll system for our prestigious transport client.
**Role Summary**
To provide comprehensive support to the project for the design, build and implementation of a new HR & Payroll system.
Ensure system complies with Company policy and procedures, conditions of service, collective agreements and management information.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
**Project Role**:
- Perform project related tasks, paperwork and attend meetings related to the current project to replace the HR and Payroll systems
**Testing**:
- Support creation of scripts and logging defects
- Support all testing of the system build across the HR, WFM and Payroll modules
- Assist with defect resolution#
- Test all of the new processes and procedures relating to the HR lifecycle team
**Documentation**:
- Provide updates to the Project Lead on progress to plans
- Ensure all testing documentation is maintained and submitted on-time
- Create, review and main processes relating to HR Lifecycle team
**Team Parallel Processing Role**:
- Complete starters, leavers and internal transfer staff change processes using the HR system and ensuring that the relevant staff changes correspondence is sent out accordingly. This will include accountability for processing information on redeployment. retirement. ill health. secondment. fixed term contracts, career breaks and death in service.
- Ensure that employee records and associated filing is kept up to date
