The Beehive Project is a young and dynamic company that accommodates and supports 16+ young people with complex needs in central Southampton. We are passionate about our service and the support we provide.

**Location**:
You will be based in the centre of Southampton in our newly created multipurpose office. Our office also incorporates a drop-in centre for the young people we support as such you will be interacting with them daily and occasionally supporting them to complete administration work they need to do.

**The Role**:
This is an exciting, busy, and challenging role with very varied and interesting workload.

Your responsibilities are:

- Creating and uploading Rotas onto our system on a weekly basis
- Ensuring our Safer hiring Policy is adhered to (Organising DBS Checks, requesting references)
- Organising and arranging meetings between the various social workers, support staff and Young People
- Ensuring all gas and electrical certificates are up to date across our property portfolio
- Administer HR related documentations such as offer letter, contract of employment etc.
- Maintaining and ensuring the HR Database is up to date and accurate, including holidays and sickness leave.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Support with the recruitment process, posting jobs and setting up interviews.
- Administer the probation process, ensuring Managers know when review meetings are required, confirming they have the documentation to complete the meeting, and recording all information on a digitalised system.
- Uploading of all receipts into Hubdoc
- Note taking for meetings when required
- Setting up accounts for Young People in our CRM

**Hiring Policy**:
Since you be working with vulnerable young people a full advanced DBS check will be conducted before you can begin the role. Additionally, two references will be taken.
