Radiographic Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Radiographic Assistant at our London clinic. This role is accountable for assisting the Radiographers in performing imaging procedures including CT, MRI and Ultrasound examinations. In addition, this role operates with a high degree of professionalism at all times to ensure provision of a high quality, responsive and patient-focused service.
Medical Imagining Partnerships/Prime have been delivering radiology services to both the NHS and private sector for over a decade, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray and Dexa. We don’t expect you to know about radiology to carry out this role, we can help you to learn this through on the job training. **The Radiographic Assistant (RDA) will work independently and also under the direction of a Radiographer to maintain and support the efficient day-to-day running of the Radiology services.**
**You will also have regular contact with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff, administrative and clerical support staff at many levels as well as referrers, patients, their relatives, and external agencies.**
**Hours of work will be on a rota basis covering 7 days a week.**
**Experience of working in a fast-paced medical environment is desirable but not essential.**
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
