**The Role**
As a practice manager you will be a mentor to the practice Administrator, support business development,, Manage workflow, client engagement and oversee general administration tasks. If you are someone who can champion change, help to streamline processesand work with the authors and partners in the corporate team to ensure the team is running the best way possible.
**About You**:

- A solid ability to use different platforms, proficient in Microsoft suite
- A minimum of 5 plus years of experience within administration preferred.
- Adaptable to different situations when needed and working unsupervised - autonomously and team player
- High attention to detail with solid time management skills, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure
- Professional in-person and phone manner with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Have strong IT skills.
- Have the ability to develop positive and strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
