Hub Trainer

Reporting to the Hub Lead, you will provide high quality classroom-based training, on-ward coaching, and support in all aspects of required training including the Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (TMVA). Full training will be given in a variety of classroom-based programmes including Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (TMVA)

Working under the direction of the hub lead for Mental Health Southwest services department to facilitate specific induction training, refresher training other training requirements through a needs analysis approach.

You will also ensure that all relevant information is cascaded down to all members of staff and that the staff demonstrate a clear understanding and adherence to the operations of policies and procedures within Elysium Healthcare.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To support the training hub with training delivery, as part of the induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service/department delivery
- To provide support with training requirements as identified by MVA Lead, Hub Lead, Regional Training Manager and Hospital Directors To ensure that all training has an inclusive approach and can evidence best practice
- To work with the sites to ensure all they have access to the required learning opportunities, working in the designated geographic area.
- To react positively to hot topics, changes in legislation, governing body impacts or corporate policy changes.
- To take part, as directed, in the review/design process of training packages and related policies on a predetermined bas

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- Engaging presentation and delivery skills. Qualified GSA MVA Trainer (or willing to gain the qualification)
- Evidence of training experience, Experience of working in a Mental Health setting, Excellent presentation skills
