**Role: Global Assignment Consultant**

**Scope**: To manage clients’ relocation programs to ensure high quality services are provided to the client and its transferring employees.

**Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with assignees and corporate clients during the relocation process discussing requirements and advising on process and procedures
- Coordinating all services (home search, school search, removals, accommodation, immigration, etc.) related to the transfer process to ensure the smooth running of the relocation
- Organise home search, including researching suitable properties with consultant, confirming and communicating itineraries
- Carry out lease negotiations and produce or check tenancy agreements (UK)
- Arrange inventory check-ins/check-outs and handle check out process
- Notify councils and utility companies for move-ins and move-outs
- Expense management arranging and recording bill payments and producing monthly or quarterly expenditure statements
- Update and develop forms, factsheets and area guides
- Maintain lists of letting agents on database
- Issue client invoices and follow up payments

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of both global relocation and UK inbound destination services required
- Ability to multi task
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge of other languages would be an asset

This role would ideally suit an experienced assignment consultant with experience in service delivery in the UK and the wider EMEA region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
