- they're looking for someone who really understands why social media and digital content can be so important to fast moving, growing companies. In this role, you'll havethe opportunity to shape their social strategy and prove that social media is crucial to their successful demand generation strategy.
What you will do
- Manage the company's social media accounts day-to-day
- Plan and execute your own organic and paid social campaigns
- Lead the planning and creation of social-first content
- Work with their brilliant in-house designers, videographers, and copywriters to bring your social master plan to life.
- Build on their current success and extend their reach on new and existing channels - you'll be joining a successful, busy team who are keen to take social up a notch.
- Develop and execute internal advocate and external influencer marketing strategies.
- Proactively extend the network and social presence of key individuals in their senior management team through direct profile management and social media coaching.
- Measure and report on the success and growth of their social media presence, influencer marketing strategy, and demand generation.
- Work with and learn from their experienced marketing agency partners.
What you will need
- Experience in leading the management of various corporate social media channels, preferably in a B2B context.
- Briefing, creating, delivering, managing, and analysing social content and campaigns - preferably in technology or a related field.
- Using social media as a strategic channel to work with influencers, particularly in a B2B context.
- Strategically planning and executing social media campaigns that contribute to commercial objectives.
- Analysing core social media and digital marketing metrics and presenting meaningful findings to senior stakeholders in an easy-to-understand way.
- Scheduling and measuring social content and listening and engaging with communities.

**Skills**:

- Strategic planning skills to develop effective end-to-end campaigns.
- Executing planned campaigns to a high-standard, using your technical abilities across multiple social media platforms, including any technical skills within paid social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills. You'll be comfortable analysing the outcomes of your social campaigns to deliver clear appraisals to stakeholders and adjust for your next projects.
- A clear grasp of brand voice and the ability to flex our tone of voice for different formats, audiences, and platforms.
- Excellent copy writing skills with rock-solid grammar and a sharp attention to detail.
- Brilliant organisational skills. You might be working on multiple projects at the same time with different teams across the business.
