Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your social media management skills and contribute to the growth of our organization.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
