My client, a global engineering services business, are looking for a Head of FP&A to join their office in Cheshire.

Reporting into an inspiring senior management team, the Head of FP&A will take complete responsibility for the group budgeting and forecasting, whilst also leading a small team.

It's a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West's fastest growing, highly acquisitive businesses, with huge potential to develop a long term career.

Key responsibilities include:

- Development of a best-in-class FP&A function within a growing and fast paced global organisation
- Working with the senior Group finance team to design the future strategy for the FP&A function
- Business partnering with senior financial and operational management across the globe
- Delivery of reporting the Group budget and Group forecast presentation packs to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in key business processes such as budgeting and forecasting
- Analysing the impact of potential acquisition targets on future forecasts
- Bespoke stakeholder reporting
- Work collaboratively with the Group Finance, Treasury and Accounting Systems teams to achieve cross departmental goals
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant years PQE
- Proven experience within FP&A, ideally within a global organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, proven business partnering ability
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
