About the role

The Liverpool Estates Coordinator is part of the NOCL Estates team. This team are responsible for the providing a quality estates service to all organisations accommodated on the sites ensuring facilities and estates are safe, sustainable and sensitive to change.

The Liverpool Estates Coordinator supports the Liverpool Estates Manager to deliver a high-performance facility for NOC staff, ensuring services are constantly available, and in the absence of the Liverpool Estates Manager oversees operations of the Liverpool site.

This position primarily coordinates the operational capability of the facility in Liverpool, this includes, but not limited to, the coordination of planned/reactive maintenance, facilitating on site events and meetings, also play an active part in promoting health and safety throughout the site aided by others. To assist with postal duties, porterage, and reception duties as required, and other Estates duties associated with the successful operation of the NOC Liverpool site.

The Estates team enables the strategic and operational business delivery of NOC with all functions related to the overall built environment and how it supports and related to scientific and engineering functions whether these are associated with NOC or third parties occupying the estate.

This role is part of the operational function of NOC Liverpool and requires an onsite presence

This position of the Liverpool Estates Coordinator fits within Estates and enables the strategic business delivery of NOC and its third-party tenants and ensures that the estate operates safety and legally compliant.

About you

You will have experience of working in an Estates environment, including supervision of planned and reactive maintenance.

You will have knowledge and understanding of Building Compliance Regulations, Safe Systems of Work and experience in the management of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

A very proactive and flexible approach will be required for this post.

Location

This position will be based in Liverpool. The centre is part of the University campus and is only a short walk from the city centre and Lime Street station.
