Yakel are a fast-growing, property investor and developer with a passion for regeneration and placemaking. Our mission is to improve the communities and locations we operate in, creating personal and unique relationships with a range of tenants from high-street retailers to traditional and self-serviced office occupiers

You will be taking ownership of managing occupiers in our buildings and ensuring they have the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Whether that’s negotiating a new business taking on their first physical space or a large company opening a new office, you will be managing every stage of the process from viewing to move in with support from your team.

Although this role may require some travelling, you’ll be primarily focused on a small and established portfolio of mixed-use assets within close proximity to our Liverpool office. With established FM contracts already in place, you’ll have the freedom to focus on driving business success through asset management, new lettings and improvements to our property management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with your wider team to ensure the success of properties in your portfolio.
- Managing existing relationships with occupiers to ensure a high level of tenant experience.
- Drive new leasing of available properties.
- Coordinate and manage the move in and move out process.
- Work with finance to prepare budgets and ensure those set are meeting KPI’s.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
