As a Viewing Coordinator at Northwood Liverpool, you'll have the exciting opportunity to showcase our stunning properties to potential buyers and renters. You'll be the face of our agency, guiding clients through properties, answering their questions, and providing expert advice every step of the way.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and properties would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and renters
- Provide detailed information about properties, areas and amenities
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Keep up-to-date records of property viewings and client interactions

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
