**Learning and Development Manager - Competitive Salary + Benefits - London**

**The Role
Are you ready for the next step in your career? Do you have experience in the digital learning/ education sector? If so, we are looking for you.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to take initiative and direction to run the academy. As we grow, you will grow. You will be the first person of contact for the academy, students, in-house advisors, Daniel and third parties whom we collaboratewith will look to you for guidance. You will have support from the Head of Marketing and the Head of Digital to ensure that you understand the elements of digital learning and using our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Learning and Development Manager include, but are not limited to:

- First point of contact for all incoming training enquiries, establishing their training needs and identifying potential solutions.
- Proactively contact customers to identify training needs and contacts.
- Assist in the promotion of training, including developing promotional content for the academy website and newsletters for members.
- Responsible to create, build and manage our selection of digital training courses.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery of training, including catering and appropriate instrumentation and equipment where required.
- Seek networking events, career events, and engage with all third-party providers that can help promote or collaborate with our current course.
- Co-ordinate the virtual delivery of online training courses and events.
- Maintain & manage all content/ media on our digital platform.
- Responsible for all in-house advisor training.
- Responsible for scheduling and posting all social media content.
- Review and action customer feedback, actioning opportunities for improvement.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Learning and Development Manager are:

- 3-5 years of experience in the digital learning/ education sector.
- Previous experience of training or event management.
- Good knowledge and experience in operation of digital meeting and conferencing platforms (such as TEAMS, Zoom).
- Eagerness to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ideally would have previously created or launched a digital training course.
- Ability to network, talk to new people, and build relationships with third-parties, in-house advisors, and students.
- High performing customer service skills preferably in a B2B environment.
- Confident communicator, when dealing with customers, staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
