**Job overview**:
The post holder will be a qualified nurse with a minimum of two years post registration experience in Emergency Care, preferably at a senior level.

This position is 60% Practice Trainer and 40% ED Sister/Charge Nurse.

The post holder will be expected to deliver education and supervision in practice as well as facilitating formal education and training sessions.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will act as a resource for clinical expertise and maintain clinical skills by undertaking regular 1:1 clinical practice supporting members of the team. You will provide professional, leadership and support and maintain full competence through regular practice.

You will contribute to the quality improvement agenda by contributing to the development of staff groups, undertaking audit and supporting service development.
