I am working with a global Facilities Management company who are recruiting for a Contract Support position, to start immediately. This is a fantastic 9 month FTC, with the possibility of being taken on permanently.

**Salary**: £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience

Location: Cheltenham, Hybrid

Duties include:

- Develop and sustain customer relationships and demonstrate the added value of the central support.
- Become an expert in all relevant systems to ensure that you can complete all responsibilities to a high standard.
- Ensure accurate processing of WIP, Debt, Receipts and Timesheets.
- Raise, process and review purchase orders.
- Process supplier and customer invoices and resolving any queries.
- Carry out comprehensive spend tracking.
- Recognise and resolve any potential issues, escalating where necessary and implement solutions where necessary.
- Support Senior Management team with adhoc requests.

Skills and experience:

- Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
- Has high attention to detail.
- Possesses the ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Has previous experience of a customer-facing role.
- Has good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Has some experience working within an Accounting and Finance role.
