Our North Ayrshire P.E.A.R Service in collaboration with North Ayrshire, Alcohol & Drug Partnership (ADP) & Ayrshire College have a unique and exciting opportunity to become a Lead Practitioner to help others on their journey to transform their lives and enable them to achieve their academic goals.
You will be based in North Ayrshire, Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, however there may be a requirement to assist at any local events out with these working hours.
**Building Bridges to Success**:
The role will involve supporting individuals attending a course at Ayrshire College which would enable them to develop their personal and employability skills in a supportive environment to work towards finding employment or opportunities within the job market. You will be working closely with key partners in Ayr College, individuals, families, North Ayrshire ADP Team and other partners so building strong working relationships is key.
Furthermore, as part of your responsibilities, you will be required to assist in identifying suitable volunteer opportunities within the community and help to assist people to enable them to sustain both their attendances at college and volunteering placements.
You will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.

The Turning Point Scotland** North Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Prevention and Early Intervention Service** delivers a high quality, outcomes and recovery focused service across North Ayrshire.
The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.
