**T**emple Learning Academy are offering a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced or aspiring SENDCo. We are a truly inclusive through school with a substantial student support team. The Secondary Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo) will work closely with the Assistant Principal for Student Support to oversee and manage the operation of TLA’s SEND policy within the Secondary Phase. The SENDCo for Secondary will work collaboratively with leaders, teachers and the pastoral team to ensure that all students with special educational needs and disabilities are supported to reach their full potential. Visits are very much welcomed.** You will be joining a highly community orientated, inspirational and ambitious school and will benefit from the support of strong leadership and effective colleagues whilst being part of an ethos that achieves the best possible outcomes for every one of our students.**

**Temple Learning Academy is a member of Red Kite Learning Trust which is also comprised of three Secondary schools and nine Primary schools.** Being part of such a large network of schools provides significant opportunity for collaboration; to share best practice and expertise across 13 high performing schools and nearly 1500 colleagues.
