Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong teamwork and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate power tools and machinery under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them

Note: Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Pay: From £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
