**We are currently looking for a TRAZE System Support Engineer**

The objective of the role is to provide TRAZE implementation support for MM Flowers and to assist in the transition of business systems to the new platform through the understanding of requirements, investigation, process/information mapping to ensure the systems needs of the business are met.

In a nutshell, you will be busy.
- Implement new process onto TRAZE ERP system
- Assist in producing specifications for system development requirements
- Test thoroughly new developments
- Proactively develop new information solutions
- First class documentation
- Managing / prioritising workload by utilising the in-house helpdesk
- Day to day interaction with colleagues / teams from all areas of the business to ensure support requirements are met
- Working closely with suppliers, eg TRAZE to provide solutions
- Keeping stakeholders informed and updated of resolution progress
- Support the ICT teams where necessary
- Helping colleagues from all areas of the business with requests
- Provide business with accurate information on a timely basis
- Resolve support issues effectively and timely
- Part of the ICT team to implement new software to match process and development requests
- Work alongside key business stakeholders to enable process improvements, data gathering, system configurations / enhancements, information, reporting opportunities, assist with project delivery in a timely and effective solutions.
- Assist with Business Process reviews across all aspects of ERP usage in the business seeking opportunities and new ways of working with associated support and training.
- Support and challenge operational/commercial initiatives through effective Information / process solutions.
- Assist with best practice solutions and training of new ways of working to improve TRAZE ERP system delivery throughout the business.
- Ensure any development is fully tested and fit for purpose before delivering to the business
- Produce Standard Operating Procedure for any new development

What you can already do
- IT and numeracy literacy and confidence in database systems
- Experience at communicating and working with Senior Management
- Self Confidence, quick starter and initiative to work with minimum supervision.
- A well organised, detailed and structured method of working.
- Experience of developing and delivering robust information solutions to internal and external end users.
- Ability to manage multiple project stages to meet time critical deadlines.
- Experience of working in time critical and fast paced environments.
- Data integrity and managing master-file records and system setup
- Good understanding of Microsoft products, including, Access, Excel, Word, Project
- Ability to work in a team, handing multiple priorities and often complex requirements.
- A passion and drive for delivering solutions
- Future focussed with a desire to keep current on the latest, new emerging technologies and the ability to learn fast
