**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Quality Team Trainer to join our Quality Department at our modern, purpose built facility in Alconbury
Working Monday to Friday on Day Shift, with some requirement for flexibility to cover Night Shift training needs, you will be looking after all compliance training in our team of Quality Controllers who play a pivotal role to ensure our products are delivered to our customers in the best possible condition.

Main Duties:
- To ensure the departments product quality and compliance training is fully up to date.
- Identify & manage the departmental skills matrix & competency by role.
- Ensure execution & delivery of both the internal & external training requirements.
- Provide a structured training programme, manual and induction for all new starters.
- Ensure you, the quality team and any visitors comply with all H&S procedures & positively promote a H&S culture.
- Implement a validation process for delivered training.
- Maintain accurate training records within the Papaya system.
- Schedule & plan in refresher training.
- To operate in accordance with all company policies, Quality Management system procedures, standard operating procedures & customer codes of practice.
- Ensure all training requirements are compliant, aligned & completed in accordance with the Quality Management system procedures & standard operating procedures.
- Alongside Quality Managers update & train out the departmental standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all staff are fully trained to undertake assigned duties.
- Identify, alongside key stakeholders, individuals training needs to progress & develop a cross multifunctional team, that will provide support & flexibility and aid succession planning.
- Fully engage and support with any assigned business objective/projects.
- Build effective working relationships within the quality team & other business departments as required.
- Effective & clear communication across all departments.
- Effectively promote a “Clean as you go policy”.
**About You**:
You will need:
- Previous experience working within a Quality Control/Production and/or Training role(s)
- Experience of working within the Fresh Produce industry is highly desirable
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Good all round communication skills
