Office Administrator

TR2 Recruitment are working very closely with a client who is looking for a Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This role will start from 22nd March and will finish around 27th June 2024. **(TEMP TO PERM ROLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE)**
**Day to day;**
- Supporting fleet, transport planners and weighbrudge staff to ensure high levels of vehicle utilisation and low level of queries
- Ensure that all internal and external customers recieve high levels of service and communication expected from the office
- Manage material service levels to external and internal customers through detailed pre planning of programmed works through regular communication with customers
- **A minimum of 3 years of Admin experience**:
- Ability to build working relationships with customers
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Handling of inbound and outbound calls
- Process customer orders
