**Programme/Finance Administrator**

**About us**

Our back office administrative function is the ‘engine room’ of our business and plays a key role in our success. In response to further business growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an **experienced** **administrator **to join and strengthen our team. The role will work to underpin and support the work of our Programme Manager, Practice Manager, Directors, Business Consultants and Financial Controller in the smooth running of the business.

**The role**

We currently operate a hybrid working model, with a weekly blend of home and office-based working, ensuring we maintain a cohesive team. We also regularly meet for staff learning days, inviting in guest speakers to expand our professional knowledge base and regularly take time out for team ‘experiential’ adventures together

The role is offered on a full or part time basis (Monday - Friday.15 to 37.5hrs per week).

**About you**

**Essential Skills & experience**
- Efficient, proactive & motivated
- Excellent time management skills - able to work to conflicting deadlines without compromising work quality
- A good head for figures & accuracy
- Very computer literate with good Excel and Word skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and spot issues or ways to improve processes
- Have attention to detail and be concerned with quality
- Previous experience with finance or book keeping
- Used to working with modern office systems/ICT.

**Salary Range**:
£25-27k + (Negotiable dependent on experience)
