Updating sales reportsDocumentation for service/repair returns/replacements.
Processing of Loan Orders and maintaining the loan stock database.
Generating Quotations and Invoices.
Dealing with enquiries via the phone and email.
Dealing with enquiries generated from the website, marketing campaigns etc.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager, Sales Managers and Representatives.
Maintain and update customer and distributor records.
Liaising with other departments within the business to resolve customer issues.
Providing a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
Administration of the CRM system SalesforcePreparing Letters of Authorisation and other relevant documents for distributors.WHAT YOU WILL NEED.. Sales order processing experienceProven work experience as a Sales administrator or in a similar Sales support role.
Experience of international trade and export/import procedures preferable.
Experience in a customer facing role.
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
Hands on experience with CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP software.
Knowledge of international trade and export procedures and documentation is preferable (or willingness to undergo training in this areaPersonable and able to get on well with both customers and colleagues.BENEFITS..
